If you wish to return any part of your order please do so in an unused condition with the original packaging and all labels still attached. You have 28 days from the date printed on your receipt in which to do so. Please return all packages to:

Please enclose a covering letter explaining what action you would like us to take. If the goods are technically faulty we will refund your postage and replace "if requested" at our own expense. If you want to return the goods we will refund the cost of the item(s) only, and if you request an exchange of product, please enclose a cheque for our minimum P & P charges of £5.50 payable to Rugbytech Limited.
